If you want clean clothes, don't buy this washer

This is the worst washer I have ever had. The clothes on the top stay dry and it hardly agitates. My clothes do not come out clean at all. Do not buy this washer!!!!

Broke almost instantly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 3 months ago and it only lasted two of them the last month I've been waiting for them to fix it but it's been almost a month since I've been able to use it. It has been 4 weeks since I fist talked to someone about fixing it, had to call multiple people to get someone out here and that was three weeks ago but I guess to them the laundry mat works just as well

Do not buy absolutely horrible

If I did not know for a fact that these were new appliances I would have been convinced they were refurbished. Within one week the washing machine was not working and the matching dryer does not dry. I have been waiting on my service call for over three weeks. What a nightmare extremely disappointing. Do not purchase these horrible horrible horrible appliances
