[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this in February 2024 (it is now March 2024), but I have to say we like it…so far so good. It is a top loader, not a front loader like the LG it is replacing, but since I am tall, it actually makes loading/unloading easier on me. Also I am washing smaller loads than previously, but that is my choice. Just makes it easier to deal with the laundry in smaller batches. I’ve also learned to use the “Quick Wash” setting, per “The Laundry Guy” on HGTV, in which the whole wash/rinse cycle takes 30-35 minutes tops. Laundry still comes out clean looking and clean smelling and less wrinkled. So doing both of those things: smaller loads & quick wash setting have actually helped make doing the laundry much less of the all-day chore it used to be.
