[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my new washer, I like how it levels the load so that nothing can cause an imbalance. The spin cycle has the clothes almost dry and it does not take long to dry. Very easy dial settings for my grandson to understand and do his laundry

Nice although rather noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our top load washer especially the see-through glass. We appreciate the many wash options on the front display. Our only complaint is the noise the washer creates when going through the cycles. It is not a quiet washing machine.

Unbalanced

Clean close well but before the machine start it with agitate and make small load unbalanced thru out the whole wash your running to to turn the load off and reposition the load. I’ll never buy this machine again

Thanks for the review, John606. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced unbalanced loads in your washer. For best washing performance, the dry load level should not be higher than the upper row of holes in the wash tub. Do not overload the washer. You may combine large and small items in a load. Load small items first. Large items should not be more than half the total wash load. When washing a single heavy item, add 1 or 2 towels to balance the load. Kindly refer to the link below for the owner's manual, and check page 6 for further information or instructions.
