Clutch issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my washer in 2017 and I love it except that I have had to replace the clutch 3 times now. Other than that I have had no other issues with the washer.

A good machine at a nice price

Positives:
• Excellent cleaning ability. Fabrics are soft, colors more vibrant than ever before.
• Favorite button is a plus rather than going through selections to find the right combinations of features.
Negative:
• Agitator noise is a bit loud and becomes annoying unless the laundry room door is shut.
• Spin-dry action is concerning: the tub wobbles more than expected no matter what the load is or what repositioning is done. I’m not sure that the tub ever gets up to full speed. The spin motor seems to cycle between power and coasting. (And yes, I leveled the unit.)
