Love the washer

Grinding noise

Started a grinding noise on agitation after 1.5 years of medium use. Lifespan seems a little short for a washer that wasn't the cheapest.

WON'T DRAIN

Bleach dispenser leaks bleach onto the floor.

Worst investment ever

One day after my one year warranty was over my machine stopped working. I bought replacement parts still doesn't work. Cost more to repair than the actual washer.

water levels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good looking machine! I love the way the spin cycle runs so that the clothes is spending less time thrashing around in the dryer. What I don't like is that the water level is so low that it doesn't reach the top of the load. I also don't like that when it is sensing the size of the load, the clothes all shift to one side and seems to take a very long time for all the clothes to get wet.
