Bought 8 months ago. Not happy clothes tangle water lever low to really do the large load capasity the tub is. Half the clothes get wet not washed.Very bad design passed off to the public.Never will recommend.

Inconsistent Water Level

This is the absolute worst washining machine I have ever purchased ... FFWT4120SW. When choosing the exact same cycle, Normal, with all of the default settings, the washer will sometimes put two inches of water into the tub and sometimes put 18 inches into the tub. I have to stand and watch it fill to make sure there is enough water to wash the items I have loaded into it. I have tried other settings to see if anything changes, but have the same result ... inconsistent water level. I cannot depend on this washer and have to waste time standing there with every load to make sure it fills. Worst ever. If I can exchange this washer for something else, anything else I will (including an old time wringer washer since I am standing there anyway).

To increase the amount of water you can select the Max Fill option which is available in some cycles. Please refer to page 11 in the Use and Care Guide for information on that option.
