Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the washer that came with our new home. At first I was very excited about this washer. I do really like the large capacity of the washer. However, the cycles take an extremely long time to wash. I am used to an older washer that only took about 25-30 minutes to wash. I think the fastest this has washed a load is 45 minutes. Washing sheets and towels takes 96 minutes. The spin cycle itself is about 38 minutes. If this washer took a more reasonable time to wash loads, I would probably give it 5 stars.

It just problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer came with my new house. I been having all type of errors, they came to repair it, they just reset the washer. Then the spinning cycle didn't work, and now is not doing nothing. The washer is slow, if you do not pay attention and it gives me an error the machine keeps restarting the cycle. It so disappointing because all the appliances in the house are Frigidaire.

HORRIBLE

Horrible horrible washer! DO NOT BUY!!!!
This washer bunches all the clothes up when sensoring how much water to use and when it fills up afterwards there is barely water in the tub. Most of the clothes stay dry and it doesn’t “clean” then we’ll AT ALL I’ve tried every setting. Also the time is over an hour even for quick wash! By far the worse thing I have ever bought. When I throw towels or throw blankets in it says E1 and doesn’t drain so I have to take them out one by one and squeeze them with my hands. Please do not waste ur money!. It also leaks from the bottom. I’ve been fighting with the company I bought it from for 2-3 months now bc they had a no return policy that they did not say when I purchased it. It started all this as soon as we bought it.

Great agitation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strong agitation and you can actually get a full fill with the max fill feature when you need it. Finally clean and fresh laundry. Finally a machine that cleans like they used to. Plenty of room for a California king sheet set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Handles large loads well. Favorite setting makes washing a snap. Only con was an issue with detergent area that was causing a leak. Being fixed under warranty.
