Really nice washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good looking washer and does a great job of cleaning my laundry. It has all the settings needed for all types of clothes. It is very quiet as well. I expect this machine to last for many years and do many loads.

Washer is breaking and dryer will not dry. Had 4 months

I have been trying to get through to the warranty department and havent heard anything regarding my bad washer and dryer. The dryer will not dry and i have to run it through about 4 cycles to get anywhere, yes with a clean filter. The washing machine is tearing itself apart on the inside and occasionally will start making a loud slamming noise and begin bucking out of no where.
