Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Odd way the machine ‘measures’ or weighs the clothing at the beginning of the wash cycle and bunches the clothing into one big pile in one spot of the drum. If I use the full drum water fill then the load tends to get thrown off balance when it comes to drain and spin. Frustrating. Overall it cleans well when the drum isn’t packed full. It doesn’t always wring out sheets and blankets as well as lighter clothing.

Complete garbage

This machine came with a new construction townhome purchased several months ago. One super awful thing about it is that it will only allow very small loads before erroring out (E5) and causing lots of problems, leaving you with super wet clothes and no way to fix it except taking clothes out and doing smaller loads. I'm talking like 1/3 full with pants/shirts but they're too heavy for it to handle. Once it gets off center, it's difficult to get back to normal. On top of that, it is very loud (I am 100% confused by other reviews saying it's quiet....it's the loudest machine I've ever had) and it takes forever to wash. The "quick wash" cycle takes 52 minutes....that's crazy. Since you can only do small loads with it, you will end up spending all day doing laundry that would have taken much less time on a more efficient machine. Avoid!!!!

Flooded my home several times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer came with our newly built home. I do not like that the normal settings cannot be set to max fill only certain loads. However after a year of using came into that area of the home to find water everywhere, however the water did not try to drain through the hose it came from the washer. Tested and could not duplicate thought was a fluke until 3 months later same thing. This has happened randomly over the last 6 months for a total of 5 times. I finally caught when it is occuring. On initial fill the washer did not turn off the water before aggitating the tub became full and overflowed over top of tub causing water to flow over top of the tub. When this occured the water never shut off nor did the washer stop aggitating it continued to spill over. Lucky I was standing right there and it did not flood the back of my home again. I will be phoning the company regarding this and probably getting a new washer as I cannot continue to take that chance with a washer.

Won’t spin or drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for 1 1/12 years and it makes my clothes stink and now it won’t spin at all and it makes an even louder noise now then it did before . So it literally fills up with water then just sits there being loud. I am disappointed at the lack of videos anywhere over this specific model, it seems I can find videos on any other washing machine but not this model. Very frustrating for a 1300 dollar set to have one not working a year and a half into it.

Terrible Brand

The agitator inside the washer stopped without any reason.
We have problem with the refrigerator, stove and microwave too.
Definitely I will not buy this brand never again. They are just for 3 years of use or less

Very disappointing machine

We've owned this washer for less than 2 years and had to replace the pump less than six months after we bought it. Now the agitator won't work (looks like we're not the only ones who've had this problem). Very disappointing experience for a washing machine that cost quite a bit of money. We won't be buying another Frigidaire. What an awful machine.
