Too sensitive not what I want in a washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased with our new home. 1st week no problems after that, doesn't completely wash my load of clothes. Couldn't get it to reset of system said E5 even unplugged the washer to reset. Readjusted the load still nothing ran to my old house to finish washing in my front loader. Had repairman come out 3 times says it's delicate system, I don't want a delicate washer. Would like to trade it out for a front loader need a reliable washer. I would recommend the fridge, dishwasher, stove, Oven not the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washing made simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this machine came as an incentive with my newly purchased home. What a gift and thank you DRHorton. My son has used it and was excited with the results so I have used it and to say I am truly satisfied with this product. My clothes were clean without extra use of cleaning/stain fighting products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

Its loud, had to have a gear replaced after 3 months and think it still doesn't run correctly which is why its loud.

Don’t buy

This washer came with the purchase of my new home. It is so loud , and it shakes when it’s in spin cycle. Also , I can’t wash my clothes without the smell of mildew. I have put it ok clean cycle numerous times ,I have also used cleaners and nothing works. I will never purchase a Frigidaire again

Don’t purchase

This machine is so loud. It is in the garage but can hear it though the whole house. I have had someone come out twice now to tell me we need to level the machine. They keep telling me they can not do anything because it is an installation problem. We have done everything they have said short of pouring new cement it the garage to accommodate this machine. We only have had this machine for 2 months. Hate it. Would like Frigidaire to replace this product or come pick it up and refund my money.

I got this washing machine with the home builder. It’s only me and my wife at home, after 2 years the motor went bad. Now I need to buy a new one, repairing it it’s almost a new one.
