Too much Noise!

Even when properly balanced, the transmission noise is VERY LOUD during normal operation. I have not seen a noise spec in dBA on this appliance, but it is the loudest of any washing machine I’ve ever owned in the past 50 years. It would have been nice if an “Add Audio” was also possible in addition to “Add Photo” and “Add Video.”
I like the Max Fill feature, but I don’t like the fact that I can manually add a little more water for various clothes types, e.g. bedding.

My old machines were purchased with our home, and were wearing out... I needed to buy a new set, and when I found this matching set, I immediately purchased it... I am very happy with the set, they work super!!!

Pretty Happy Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our washer for less then a month now and overall we are pretty satisfied with our washer. The few things I don’t care for is that each time you have to turn the knob to the setting you want and also adjust the temperature of the water. I wish it stayed every time. Yes there is a button to set a favorite to but I have more then one I use. Also, wish the loud size was larger. Lastly, I wish the time of the wash was faster our old washer washed faster.

Far from perfecr

The washing machine was delivered on 11/23/20 and from day one the machine has leaked water out of the bottom right front after the spin cycle. It's not a large amount but it requires a towel be placed in front of the machine to prevent the water from spreading. The washing machine is in the basement, but if it had been placed on the first or second floor of a home water damage would have occurred to the home. It is now 12/10/20 and the repair man has been here four times including the day of delivery. The second to assess, the third to replace the pump and the fourth to assess again and to order new parts. If I were a millionaire the cost of the machine would probably not bother me except for the water leak. I am a senior and on a fixed income so both, the cost and water leak are very concerning to me. The repairman is trying very hard to correct the situation with a machine I've had less than three weeks and thought I was buying a reliable product.
