[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a little over a month ago . I wish I had purchased the extended warranty as the machine shoots error codes quite often . It tell me its unlevel but when i put the level on it it is level. If I open and close the lid this usually takes care of the problem . When washing bulky items it bunches them together and makes the load unbalanced. There have been several times that I have tried to use the spin and drain cycle to empty the water out so I can adjust the load and it will start adding water to the machine .
