This machine start having problems since the second week of used. Draining and spinning, and the repair center take forever to make an appointment.

Ugh.

I have endured this washing machine for five years, and I can't stand it anymore! When I finally had to get rid of my older washing machine, I researched and read reviews of several different brands, and I settled on this Frigidaire washing machine. Bad decision. If you like your clothes coming out of the wash as one big pile of wrinkles, buy this. (The fabric softener cup ends up being a goopy mess, so I don't even bother.) If you like your shorts coming out of the wash wrong-side-out, buy this. If you have plenty of water and don't have to worry about your water bill, buy this. (You will be using the Max Fill option quite often.) If you wear earplugs while at home, buy this. (It's pretty loud.) To Frigidaire: I like your products, but you failed on this.

Worst purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had read more reviews before buying. The washer attempts to decide how much water is needed by swishing the clothes left and right ultimately bunching them up on one side. The water turns on and then off multiple times when filling. The force is enough to rattle my water pipes. I’ve tried insulating them but it still causes them to bang and rattle with every fill. Nearly every load needs to be stopped and clothes need to be evenly dispersed during the spin cycle because it vibrates so loud. I loathe this machine and regret purchasing it. Wish I had my 13 year old machine back. Frigidaire needs to remove this from the market.

Very loud and rumbling sound in the spin cycle.

We bought this was 2weeks ago, we only used it twice, but I am so disappointed of the loud noise , coming from the rinse and spinning cycle. I need to know if anyone have experienced this. I need to know what to do????

Your washer is designed to efficiently cleanse your clothes and vibrating is an indication of your appliance not being leveled properly or the laundry load may be unevenly distributed. We also like to express that the environment in which this appliance is installed can also cause sounds. For example if the appliance is installed where there is a carpet, it may sound different than if it is installed on a bare floor. Wastes time, not enough water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this washer 2 stars because of the load capacity. Other than that, i dislike it. However it senses the load capacity is ALMOST ALWAYS inaccurate because it never allows enough water to enter the tub. You have to stand there and watch it the tub fill to see if there is enough water to wash your clothes. I understand that this is a water saving washer, but when there is not enough water to even agitate the clothes correctly, something is wrong. i have seen other reviews and responses from Frigidaire and the problem is not low water supply, or the hose being wrong or anything else other than the machine doesnt sense the load capacity correctly 95% of the time. And the clothes moving against each other to clean is hogwash because some clothes never move and never even get in the water. I have to stand there and watch the tub fill and start to agigate and if the clothes do not move as they should to get clean, I have to turn it off and start it again. Waste of lots of my time. It has good features such as delayed washing but I cannot use that because I never know if the tub will fill adequately to wash the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my washer experience

I bought this washer 12/18/18. It was delivered 1/4/19.
It would never empty or spin the clothes dry. Called service, they came out and I was told a sensor was bad. It went back to the warehouse
