[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is interesting. When it wash there's like a half second pause between each spin. I'm used to washer having a constant motion. I'm not sure if it's some setting I have to change or what, but my clothes (especially spaghetti strap) also sometime get stuck at the very bottom because there's small gap. A lot of times my clothes will get all tangled up and super twisted when I'm unloading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Christie_nguyen! Thank you for taking the time to write us. The pause that you're hearing during the cycle is normal. This is alerting the control board of the cycle setting changing. Also, if your small items are getting stuck, I recommend using a mesh bag to protect your clothing. I hope this information is helpful. Love the cycle displays

Unusual agtitator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been almost a month since my purchase and I'm very pleased. I was quite surprised at the rotation of the agitator, I thought it was malfunctioning but it's the way it works. I didn't think the clothes would get cleaned, but the washer cleans very well. The dryer works well also, but I have to put it on heavy duty setting to allow longer drying time. When I put it on the normal setting some articles of clothing's weren't drying completely. All in all I love my new machines!!

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our washer about a month ago. Overall we love the washer and would recommend it with the following tip: don’t overfill!!! Although the tub holds a lot, I’ve found that if I fill the tub more than half full, all the clothes don’t even get wet. Therefore, I have to split the load and rewash. Other than that, the washer has a ton of amazing features and wash cycles to suit every need.
