Did you know? Top-loading washers are more sensor-based than front-loading models, therefore, it’s tough to give an exact cycle time as the washer will determine the time based on the size of your load and the cycle you choose. For instance, a large load on a heavy soil cycle may take about 117 minutes, while a small load on the same cycle may take about 60 minutes. When choosing a “Quick Wash” we recommend washing a small, lightly soiled load.

This washer and dryer came with our nw home. I wish we had told them we would chose our own appliances. Normal cycle doesn’t add enough water and you don’t always need max fill but it is the only way to get enough water. No permanent press cycle, dryer takes forever to dry and your choices for drying are very limited. Would NEVER RECOMMEND.

Please keep in mind with our Top Load washers, the amount of water will vary based on the cycle you choose and the size of the load you’re washing. A tip that can assist with your concern is ensuring that the correct soil level is selected, which can assist with the correct water fill for the cycle chosen. Also, keep in mind based your settings and load size it could take up to 1.5 hours to dry.

Really cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First day and washed some Rugs on the on the bulky cycles and the dirt that came out is unbelievable. I like the feature of the lid being glass, this way you can see if things are off center or not. However, the machine takes care of that too. Impressed so far.

I have to "re-arrange" clothes before wash.

I purchased this product about 9 weeks ago and I am waiting for a service call...I would not purchase this type of washer again.
