I think that more water should be used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know how smart it is to move the clothes around, to sense a water level need, with detergent in the machine. Clothes get bunched up & when water level is at filled, some clothes are not even under water!

Did you know? If water is being used elsewhere in your home, this may affect your washer’s water pressure. Your washer’s water pressure should be at least 10 psi (69 kPa). Also, check to see if your water inlet hoses are straight.
Should the above suggestions prove ineffective, please give us a call. We can be reached by dialing 800-374-4432, and available Monday through Friday from 8:30am-8pm EST.

Wonderful Washer

I love all of the different setting that helps to take the guess work out of what water temperature to use. I love that the bleach, fabric softener, and the detergent have its own dispenser. The washer is deep enough to handle my biggest loads. Everything comes out so fresh and clean each time!
