Magnificent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and am really enjoying every aspect of my washer. The glass top and electronic display gives it a uniquely exquisite look. It is very easy to use and has many cycles.

Poorly programmed/ nothing works

Washer/Dryer both have issues. Product is new and had to get another part that was broke. How can a brand new washing machine be broke?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spin problems

It must have a design flaw. We carefully place the clothes in evenly.
By the time the opening 12- 15 agitations are done the clothes are all bunched up on one side of the basket.
We open it, rearrange to make even again.
After washing and it starts to rinse, it starts to bang because it is off balance.
Once again we open, rearrange clothes.
After rinsing the spin cycle starts and once again it starts banging because it is off balance.
We are afraid it will not last very long because of the wear and tear on the parts when trying to spin while off balance.
Short of trading it in for another model we are very disappointed.

Pros and cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set 3 weeks ago. Good set overall. Lots of room in the tub. I have two complaints but neither is terrible, just something to be aware of. When you use MaxFill it has trouble with the load becoming unbalanced and then it keeps trying to refill and spin for quite a long time before it gives an error. And, if you use hot water, the steam rises up from the hinge in the lid and coats the control panel with condensation. Wishing I had gotten the warranty over that one.
