[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works. Does what it's supposed to do. Cleans clothes nice. Some points of improvement might be to adjust for the way water is poured in. It seems as if the machine measures the weight of clothes, then adds water according to the weight. However, some cloth@@@es are a volumous, although, they don't weight too much. As a result, there is not sufficient water added and I have to manually add water.
