Efficient washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This top loading machine was included in our new home purchase. We like the large tub and the lid locking feature. Also has numerous settings. However, this is the noisiest machine we have ever heard. It groans and moans throughout its cycles. Have to keep the door to the laundry room closed, but still hear it.

Hate it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is the worst we’ve ever had! I generally wash my clothes on delicate and hang dry. This washer wrinkles them so badly that I have to iron or steam everything.

New home - New High Efficiency washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was placed in the home by the builder. It works well. However, I noticed that when it balances the clothes there are times when all of the clothes are shifted to one side. This usually occurs with smaller loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase a new home and the washer was included. I've been using it for 7 mths without any glitches. The tub capacity is huge and far exceeds my routine requirements but the water saving and energy efficiency features makes this economical even for smaller loads. I'm extremely satisfied with the performance and how exceptionally quiet this machine is. My clothes come out clean and after the spin cycle the clothes are damp and not wet, this reduces the workload on my dryer and saves time. I really like the glass top, I can see how much water is being used and how well the clothes are agitating. If I had to nitpick I would say the cycles are long.
