Problems already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in January and a part is bad already. The fabric softener is not cycling through. It's also the noisiest washer that I've ever heard!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The clothes come out so much cleaner and smell amazing and the washer is efficient and had many settings for anything we need. Huge tub, too... great washer.
