Very good but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this washer. I love the features and it washed the clothes really well BUT, the spin cycle doesn’t get nearly as much water out of the clothes as any other washer I’ve ever had. Now everything has to be in the dryer at least twice as long. Also, many of the cycles take over an hour to complete. Otherwise it’s great.

Good washer with one issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer worked great until we tried to wash a single bed sized blanket. Easy to wash in other washers but for some reason, it causes this washer to error as an unbalanced load. We’d be ok with this other than it happens when the tank is full of water. We tried re adjusting it a couple of times and had no luck and the washer would add a little water each time. In case you’re wondering, it would not drain until it could complete it’s current cycle. We finally got a storage bin and remove the blanket and the cycle finished as normal and drained.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For best washing performance, dry load level should not be higher than the upper row of holes in the wash tub. Do not overload the washer.
