Wonderful Washer

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my house with the appliances. Everything works well but the washer. The noise produced by this machine is scary. Every time I do the laundry I think this machine is going to explode. I do believe it is defectuous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best washer ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont understand why you aren't running commercials promoting this incredible washer. I own an appliance repair business. I see all brands and models. This unit is superior to anything out there. It'll fill with water all the way to the top if you want it to. I'm amazed out how accurate it senses the load size though. Every load big or small...the clothes are thoroughly saturated and floating. The hot water setting is better than anything else. I measured it at 120° which is what my water heater is set to. And last but not least....it has a full size agitator and it gets the clothes turning and moving like they should. I really dont understand why I dont see commercials for these washers. I love it and recommend it to all my customers. The price was great too!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why does the washer agitate about 10 times before the water starts to go into washer! I load it evenly and the agitator pushes all clothes to one side and then water starts
