Not working so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had trouble with not all water spinning out. Then when I set it to rinse and spin it goes on for over 30 min.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about two months ago. I was looking for an older model or used washing machine because all these new models of washer and dryers do not do the job that older machines do and the newer models break down or don't last as long with all the technology put into to machine. I chose Frigidaire because I have had other products in my house that are made by Frigidaire and all my products work really well I never had any issues with the other products. The washing machine I chose because of this and I like the big tub feature. I used all the washing settings to see what each did. I do like the features but I don't like the whole electric sensor for the water level and the spin feature. If you have to put any loads that fill the washing machine you have to put it on max fill and some of the features you can't choose max fill so when the machine senses the load the water level does not cover your clothes. I learned that even though the tub of the washing machine is big I don't pack the washing machine and my clothes come out cleaner as well. I do use the He detergent but I have not use the bleach or fabric softener section yet.. For this reason I'm trying to figure out If the machine only uses He detergent then how am I to use bleach and fabric softener in its compartments, which are not sold in HE wouldn't these detergents add chemicals to your machine that are not good like the regular laundry soap. This is very confusing to me. Thus far I am pleased with the way the washing machine is working right now but down the road we will see if I have the same results or run into any issues.

I agree! learning the bells and whistles of this awesome appliance does take a bit of trial and error.
In regards, to your bleach/fabric softener dilemma, before adding the wash load, add liquid bleach to bleach dispenser and the same for the fabric softener.
