Fantastic Washing Machine

Huge and amazing!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overblown features, way beyond what is needed to wash clothes and linens. They just add to the complexity and costs of any repairs needed down the road. It also sits too tall considering how deep the tub is. I cannot reach small items in the bottom of the tub after the load finishes.
The lockout is just silly. Why not put it on an appliance where it would really be important, such as the stove to prevent the cooking units from being accidentally turned on?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE the top Load!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical going to a top load but I hadn't been happy with how my clothes were washing on a front load, and I'm SO glad I did! I am so happy with this washer! the drum is huge, I can get so many clothes in and I feel like they get so clean. I love the glass not just so I can see in but also its sleek looking. Also, its so quiet which is so nice since I run them at night when my babes are sleeping on the other side of the shared wall!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Less than a month and softener is not working!

Hi Corgon. We could recommend checking your drain pipe in the rear to make sure it is properly installed, although it would most likely affect other functions also.
