[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer we have is only 2 years old, this past year we noticed we have unbalanced issues when having smaller loads due to the agitator redistributing the items to one side of the drum causing unbalanced problems during spin cycles, now we been washing smaller loads in the past when we first bought the washer and the washer handled the items well so I assumed that the suspension rods was damaged, so I replaced all 4 suspension this month, I did notice that I had 1 bad rear suspension rod, so I thought this would actually work come to find out that the problem still exists even with 4 new suspension rods. So from reading all reviews and frequently asked questions on the website seems like it is just a design flaw, so as of right now I will deal with not washing light loads until we purchase a new washer, if it was not for the agitator throwing clothes to one side of the drum causing unbalanced this washer would actually be a good washer.

Worst washer ever

Absolutely the WORST washer I've ever owned. Destroys my clothes. Very little water in normal cycles. Have to use max fill to wash almost everything, if I don't want the agitator to get stuck, thus not washing my clothes at all. Extraordinarily frustrating piece of equipment. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Frigidaire 4.1 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer

I like that there are different places to put detergent, bleach and softener. I guess it's the high efficiency characteristic that gets the clothes done in a relatively short time.

Would not recommend

Had machine for 4 months. Noisy and doesn’t clean clothes well. Whites end up grimy. Doesn’t spin water out enough. Washed bed cover and after using spin cycle twice, had to hang it in garage for water to drip out. Sheets come out all knotted up. Max fill works well, but runs forever. Time in my life when we are doing more than usual amount of wash. So disappointed am looking for another machine.

The worst washer dryer combo I have ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst washing machine and dryer combo I have ever used in my life. I have had this combo for about 2 years. The washer never fills with enough water to properly wash, it is loud and squeaky, and now has accumulated so much mold in the bin that it flakes all over the clothes when washing. It is impossible to keep this machine clean to avoid the build up of fabric softener in the dispensor and mold below this dispenser and around the basket rim. Horrible design and efficiency. First and last Frigidaire product I will own. The best too is when it cant keep the load even and restarts the cycle and runs for 6 hours in an attempt to spin properly... ya, that's very energy efficient. The dryer is the worst too.. takes 2-3 cycles compared to the 1 of the old dryer. Find an alternative cheap washer and/or dryer.

Don't recommend this washing machine

I don't like this washer at all. Never fill water as needed, my laundry is been turned half dry if I don't select maximum fill which is ridiculous because I don't wash full machine of clothes. You don't have an opinion to adjust the water level as you want, it's half dry clothes washing or few towels are swimming in full machine of water which is stupid and unnecessary. I literally have to add water with bucket to wash my clothes properly. Also "quick" wash isn't quick, it takes an hour. No energy and water efficient whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Washer flooded my home.

This washer was included in my new built home. 4 weeks in a sensor failed and flooded my home. Tech came out and did a lousy job and said nothing is wrong and now I am stuck with a piece of metal. 0/10 nobody wants to take accountability.
