Hi, Psdp! Thanks for your feedback. This model does offer a Quick Wash cycle to get those small loads done more quickly. For normal loads, choosing higher soil levels will lengthen the time required for the cycle. Adding extra features like Max Fill, Soak, or Extra Rinse will add extra time to the wash cycle as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a washer and dryer over a month ago. The washer is perfect for me and my usage, and a good apartment sized unit as well. The dryer is a little suspect in that many times, I need to run a 2nd cycle to get everything completely dry. That is a little annoying.
