Cleans clothes great!! Leaked within 2 weeks smh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I loved the washer when I got it about 3 weeks ago. My whites came out whiter and my colored clothes were cleaned better than before. I was super excited until.....I notice a puddle of failure (Water) on the floor. After checking the washer I guess that the clamp for the detergent dispenser was loose. I tightened it and it stopped leaking for how. I will have it serviced if it starts leaking again.

Might be complicated, may just not wash well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laundry is supposed to be pretty easy, load, select cycle, turn on. This unit has many features and maybe requires some manual reading and configuring which is more than you want to do when you are juggling laundry, kids, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
