[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far i am loving this washer. it uses very little soap and fabric softener but, the clothes comes out smelling great. this will help save money on washing supplies.i think the different setting are great! i don’t want to wash my clothes longer than needed, and this will help the longevity of the clothes. i definitely recommend this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with a professional career and an active lifestyle, I was intrigued to serve as a product tester for the washer. The drum has an impressive capacity, that worked a variety of loads, including bedding, wintertime running clothes, and numerous pairs of jeans or khakis. The types of cycles that can be selected as quite extensive and can be customized fairly intuitively on the cycle selection dial. It also allows you to add ones used regularly (for us, Active ware, Denim, Bedding, Normal, Colors, Towels). The SmartThings app also creates an easy option to set up a custom wash setting and send it to the washer. The greatest test was running clothes packed from a muddy trail race; a heavy soil cycle on Active Wear tackled a defiant foe.
Unlike other front loading washers, this one is not designed with the semi-functional magnetic door latch that holds the door open to air out the drum. Being that the laundry is directly inside the garage door, our prior was always getting bumped and swinging open as we tried to enter. This model latches without the odor of a wet drum.
It is a sleek design and a modern look. The only drawback in the design is the door itself. After completing a load, the moisture on the door from the load will drip on the floor. At first, we weren't sure if there was a leak at the hookup or if it was from the door. Now we keep a towel handy for the times it drips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has a dual function and can be used as a washer or a dryer which is unreal.
The cycle are very quick and my ability to connect the machines to Smart things is a lifesaver.
I am able to get an alert as soon as the loads are complete so I can keep laundry moving quickly. The clothes are clean and there is no need for additional cycles. Even on the shortest cycle, the clothes come out spotless.

Needs Reprogramming

Many annoying aspects about this washing machine. Hot isn't hot it's warm and extra hot is hot all the way through the entire wash cycle. You also can't adjust the temperature on some of the different wash Cycles. It doesn't dispense the fabric softener in the final rinse so the fabric softener is rinsed away. If you read the bottle on any fabric softener it says put it in final rinse. I'm quite sure many of the annoyances could be rectified with the simple program update.
