Do not recommend

I have had an absolute nightmare of an experience with my order of a new Washer/Dryer and cannot recommend. My first unit arrived heavily damaged and had to be returned. Several weeks on I have still not received a refund. In the meantime, I had to order a second unit because my previous washer had been removed. The second unit is currently not operational due to improper installation which was paid for as a part of the order. It looks like the only option will be to return a second unit also since I cannot get any help. I work in the Laundry industry and this does not live up to my expectations for a top of the line model from a top company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wash with the best Tech!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung Smart AI Washer is a great upgrade from our previous machine. The fit and finish on the machine is top notch. It is physically larger and heavier than any other washer I’ve used with a 4.6cu capacity. This extra size allows for superior load capacity and sound deadening materials. In short, it will wash a lot of items very quietly. The addition of “AI” is a nice feature though I don’t see a lot of difference between AI and a good smart sensor cycle. The front controls are very sleek and allow for most customizations I was hoping for. I didn’t expect that there would be an internal light in the washer, but now that I have the feature it’s very helpful when getting the last item out after a quick spin. Also being able link the machines to our Smart Things account allows for notifications when cycles are complete and the ability to customize settings. Steam wash cycles are great when clothes are very dirty or sweaty. Machine is self-clean and overall, we love the machine, and it looks very good in our home. I highly recommend this product!

Intelligent and Peaceful Washing

I love our new washing machine. Its super speed 28-minute cycle allows me to make my toddler's clothes ready within an hour. Its capacity is perfect for a family who uses the washing machine every two days. You can fit any of your beddings. It's quiet and super steady. Our previous 3-year-old washing machine was moving a lot and it was annoying to fix it before every wash especially if your space is tight. I usually use my custom washer cycle but the AI feature also automatically optimizes the time and avoids excessive energy use. AI Smart Dial learns my cycles and it shows it as soon as I turn it which is great. With the SmartThings app that connects to it via Wi-Fi gives me the option for creating your own cycle. It connect with SmartThings very easily and you can download/upload your own cycle right from the app. It also notifies you when the cycle is finished or if it runs into any issues like you forget to turn on your hot and cold water supplies. I also find its self clean+ feature super useful and crucial to avoid smelly clothes and germs that might build in it. I highly recommend it. Thanks Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful looking, smart and efficient washer. You can create your own cycles and download and upload them via SmartThings app which easily connects and communicates with your phone via Wi-Fi. The Smart AI feature personalizes your cycle and suggests the best cycle depending on your washing habits.
The Super Speed cycle is perfect to wash your clothes and dry them under an hour. This helps us to wash our toddler son's favorite cloths without pushing his patience.
The capacity is great for our family. We can wash anything including beddings, towels and sheets within the same cycle. Everything smells good and looks very clean compared to our previous 3-year-old washer.
It is pretty sturdy and quiet. Our previous washer used to move after every single cycle which was a pain in the neck. However, this washer is rock solid.
I think Samsung did a great with this washer (and dryer set.) I highly recommend it!

High Tech and Stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laundry area does not give justice to this Bespoke 4.6 cu. ft washing machine by Samsung that it needs. However, it will be once our remodel is complete. I have stayed away from the front loading washer in the past because so many reviewers talk about the smell of the machine after a while and how their laundry also takes on the scent. After some of my own research I found that I really don't think I am going to have an issue with this machine. Before I even did my first load of laundry I scanned the QR code on the machine and it walked me through the easy to follow set up in SmartThings App. I really like that I can send the washer the setting for the load I am going to do . All I have to do is put the dirty laundry and detergent in the machine and start the machine either from the machine or from the App on my phone. There are a total of 24 washing cycles I can select at the machine or from the App. I believe the super speed wash feature is one of my families favorites! It tells me how many loads of wash I have done and even tells me when I need to clean the drum. ( which will help eliminate the smell people talk about). The machine is so quiet when running. I was having a conversation with my husband when it was running and he didn't even know it was on until I told him. This machine does not "walk" like my other machine did. It is heavy and stays in place. The set is ADA compliant , so I ordered the pedestals for the set just to bring it up to a more comfortable level for me since I will not be stacking the units.

This washer will blow your mind!

When I first unboxed, set up, and installed the entire unit I was blown away by the modern yet professional look of the washer. The unit is so premium looking and we were ecstatic upon seeing the final set up.
As we've now used this washer for a few weeks now our very favorite features include the smart aspect, how quiet the washer is, and how fast it cleans our clothes.
My wife and I never realized how great the smart features would be until we've now used them for weeks. You can schedule wash cycles, edit your current cycle, and you can see when the cycle is complete all from your phone. We love the notifications we get to let us know when to change the load. We also love the presets it allows you to customize.
This washer is so incredibly quiet and we've been extremely impressed at the efficiency it has. It's so fast and has so many different options for washing. We have personally loved the sanitation cycle, and the quick wash as it completely cleans our clothes within 25-30 minutes. It fits our entire families daily load so we don't need to have multiple washes to finish what we need.
I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a premium, efficient, and high performance washer. We've been extremely impressed and don't think we'll ever be able to go away from a smart washer again!

A Great Washer!

It’s got all the bells and whistles that help me track everything without having to physically be in the room to check on it. It’s high capacity makes it easy to get my laundry done in half the time my old washer would take. I also love that the washer can “talk” to the dryer and adjust settings between the two to optimize both washing and drying!
Overall, I’m very happy with this washing machine!
