Great but not easy to clean

Really love it, but didn't come with cleaning brush and is not easy to clean. I even bought a pack of little floaties that keep it clean. And it still grew red slime. :( I can't even scrub inside the tank. Boo

Works nice but impossible to clean tank. Yucky.

Works great but impossible to clean inside the tank. Mildew and slime and sediment from water. Looks gross.

0 stars ! Do not buy this unless you want mold and mildew that’s impossible to clean! There is no way to open the water tank fully and that’s where all the mildew builds up. Very unhealthy to breathe. Especially for babies

Disgusting! don’t buy! huge respiratory risk !!

Absolutely disgusting 🤮…..
I’m a registered nurse and my patient has respiratory issues …. I work in pt’s home to care for her and when I looked at r her humidifier… this brand , it was full of mold … I wanted to scream out of fear cuz all that mold and bacteria being diffused into the air probably made her sick and sicker !!! There are not warning labels on the back that says clean this price of 💩 🦀 regularly …. And parents or lay people don’t think that much about germ theory… I wonder what happens when I contact the insurance company and let them know the source of patient’s frequent hospitalization and how much will the health insurance company will sue this company … for the ppl who are buying this product, please find a way to clean your humidifier at least weekly if not more often … each part has to come off and needs to be cleaned separately… there is also no way to clean insides deep down for or small crevices … but plz be careful , your child or family could get sick from this device !!! Public health awareness….

Customer Service was kind enough to provide a replacement in November 2023 because I did not have my proof of purchase, however I tried to use the humidifier the other day and it doesn't work. It worked for approximately 4 months.
I contacted customer service, and while friendly enough, was unable to help. When it worked, it was terrific, lots of output for the size, and nice looking, but sadly, I have to put it in the garbage.
Definitely not worth the hassle.

Difficult to turn it on! Worked once!

It won’t turn on anymore! Only worked once! I have been searching all over the internet to figure out how to troubleshoot and turn it on and I just can’t! It’s brand new! Dumping it out. Filling it up. Why can you turn in a button?

I purchased two of these for my small apartment. They are durable and easy to clean. I only use distilled water to prevent mold growth.
