Perfectly sized

It's a good size humidifier for our bedroom. The adapter/cable unplugs from the wall and is easy to refill. The only thing is the clear water container has now become opaque, likely due to the extremely hard water we have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incredible customer service and humidifier! I use distilled water, and have never had any mold issues. I highly recommend this unit and this company due to their excellent customer service!

This humidifier is a life saver. You will definitely feel a difference immediately. Be cautious though on the crevices underneath the tank, inside the tube. I will recommend investing in a mini brush set, to attempt to keep any dirt or mold at bay. Water also settles in the base which will need to be checked/ cleaned daily. If you are ok with the upkeep, you will love this humidifier.

I love MistAire Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier!

I love my MistAire Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier. My skin is much less dry, and I feel healthier since I started using it.
I wish that there was more space at the bottom of the shaft. It is very hard to clean the inside when there is pink buildup. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I love the design, color, size (perfect for a bedside table), and how quiet it is. My only problem is in grasping the unit securely due to the odd shape, so I am careful when I move the unit, pour water in it, or clean it. Otherwise, it is an excellent product, and I will be ordering other products from your company. No hassle shipping was also appreciated.

Bad stains inside tank which is not going

Just used it 4 times and there have been bad stains leaving the tank dirty. Washed it thoroughly as instructed by customer care but it didn't go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product but broke after only couples weeks

I bought it in January and only use it couples times a week and the plastic cover cracked and the lid broke I can’t close it anymore. I would recommend it to a friend if it last longer for sure. I think it’s a great tools to have.
