[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my Lenovo Flex 5 (2017), which is pretty heavy at 3.8lbs. The Thinkbook 13s G3 is 1lb lighter and has twice as many cores with the Ryzen 7 5800U chip.
Edited: Seems like there are quality control issues with the IPS panel used. 2 stuck pixels within 1 month of light use.

Horrible Experience! Bad Quality

Network Adaptor stopped working after 1 month. Replacement could not be done as it was past 30 days. Called in 3 times, they took all details, put me on hold and cut the call. Ticket was registered but no one contacted me. Finally escalated after 10 days to get details of the ticket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great computer. Sleek and modern design. Solid sturdy aluminum build yet very light and easy to use on the go. Surprisingly good speakers. Only drawbacks are the fairly short battery life, relatively dim screen, and loud fans.

I was about to return it but my husband was able to get it to work again. It was annoying to have had these early issues after waiting and paying so much for the think book. .
