[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not using it for gaming so far so can't comment on the gaming performance, but so far, the battery is great, fast to load work stuff, no heating issue or loud fan noises at all. keyboard's great with the typical lenovo familiarity and comfort for typing. very portable and stylish as well.

The only issue I had was that for some reason, upon arrival the microphone didn't work. I tried everything, reinstall drivers, update to Windows 11. Nothing. However I did a factory reset, and the mic started working. I was very pleased with the device after that. Must have just been a glitch during the original OS installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The laptop is great for portability, thin and light weight, has webcam shuttle, and the antiglare screen when seeing it in action is far better than glossy screens.

Cons
The keyboard isn't as good as a macbook (because its too close to board again personal preference) so if that wouldn't do it for you, save enough to get a ThinkPad instead.

All in all the main reason for returning the thinkbook 13" was mainly because i got used to the macbook 13.3" 2012 laptop. that laptop is bigger than the thinkbook, heavier, had more ports, and was thicker.
