Had it for just over a year when it stopped working, wouldn’t hold charge, even after I cleaned it and changed the flossing tip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 2nd Quip cordless water flosser I purchased. I purchased it for traveling and needed a lightweight, sturdy water flosser. I like the product, BUT the first one simply died after 2 years. That seemed fast. If the 2nd one dies equally fast, I'll have to look for a different product.

Just as many other 1 star reviews, my water flosser broke in about a year. i DID purchase a second one hoping i can change this 1 star to a 5 after a year.

easy to use, appreciate the slim design. must refill several times but worth it since it does not take up much counter space. charger is easy to use & I love the copper color. happy with the purchase after reviewing several other brands.

This is an expensive product for it to stop holding a charge after 1 year - of course after the warranty expires. It was great until then.
