Great to use but charger stops working i would love to het again but unless thats fixed or there is a warrenty for it. I want something that lasts not dies because it cant charge anymore

Nice except for the non-removable water tank

I like the overall design and the usability of it, but the fact that the water reservoir can't be removed for actual cleaning is a very poor choice. Why it can't be detached for cleaning and even replacement is a mystery to me. Because I need my dental equipment to remain clean, I'm replacing this with the Philips flosser, which does have a detachable tank.

The magnet that holds the flosser tip rusted and completely disintegrated after only about 6 months of use. If it wasn't for that this would be a great product. I was about to buy another one until I realized plentiful less expensive options exist.

I ordered the flosser while visiting my daughter. The flosser got home before I did. I’m enjoying using the flosser because I have a bridge and it is so much more convenient to use than floss threaders.

I really like this product. The pressure is excellent. The shape of it makes it easy to travel with but man oh man. I am on my fourth water flosser. I’ve bought at least three of these, 2 in 2025 and this product is just not durable. Once it stops charging, or you press the button and nothing happens, I know it’s just a matter of time before it no longer works. So I’m torn because I like the way that it dislodges food from in between my teeth. It even works better than regular flossing but I’m just I can’t keep spending on all these flossers.
