I hate being forced into the predetermined plan

I wanted to share the flosser with my husband until we decided whether we liked it. But NOOOO, the flosser only came with one tip, and I can only get another tip IN FEBRUARY, when Quip decides I should have it. And more toothpaste, which I don't necessarily want with a flosser. There's no ability to get only what I want-- and that's really aggravating.

Don't buy

The floss cover snapped off and won't stay on anymore. It gets VERY moldy and dirty quickly and the battery at the bottom is corroded. Poor design and very expensive. Not very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good rechargeable water flosser. My teeth and gums feel so much healthier and cleaner after using. The water pressure is just right and it's adjustable . It's best if you don't use water that's too cold . This product is actually lightweight, making it easier to use. It really lasts a long time after charging it up, it's going on a month with only one charge. The only thing I don't like is the two buttons are too close together , and they should be raised instead of being flat. But overall it's a good device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would Not Buy

I got this water flosser 6 months ago. I had heard good things about it lasting a long time if taken care of. 2 weeks ago my flosser was dead so I put it on the charger, when I went back about 4 hrs later it had no lights on it at all. I tried to turn it on and it did nothing No lights at all. I would have thought that this highly recommended water flosser would have lasted longer than six months. Plus they have No warranty on their product at all. Very disappointed would not purchase from them again.

Excellent Design/Function_Horrible Endurance

I've purchased 2 in the last 1.5 yrs...both failed. After 1/2 yr-ish, both exhibited sluggish start-up when "on" was pressed and shortly thereafter, with both, 1 or 2 charges later, they stopped working.
Frankly, this is the absolute best "pic" when working...very ergonomic...easy to fill, easy to hold/direct when pic'g and the build is solid. After first's premature failure, I thought it was a fluke, but bought a the other brand (WP), but returned b/c the Quip's performance excelled. After the 2nd's premature failure, I've been "taught." Its lack of endurance is inexplicable FOR ANY PRODUCT and it's in start contrast to its design and use-function...which deserves a 5.

It does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job, but no matter how I positioned it did seem messy, I assume there is no way to avoid that. The high setting has a lot of pressure and would clean anything off I believe. The low setting is much gentler which is what I preferred. It is very easy to set up and use. Very basic and not complicated.

Not ready to throw away my floss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this- I currently use floss picks which I think are not great for the planet and was hoping that a water flosser was the answer to my prayers! However.. I don’t think I’m ready to throw away my floss picks after using this product. There is a definite learning curve.. you have to basically close your mouth all the way to avoid spraying water all over the bathroom. This doesn’t let you see where you’re applying the water so it’s hard to tell if it’s working. Also, the tank is pretty small and empties quickly. The product is a beautiful copper color and great for aesthetic if you want to keep it on the counter.

never knew I needed a water pick until now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had plaque issues, I am diligent to never miss a brushing with a popular electronic toothbrush. This has changed the way I will keep doing oral hygiene for the rest of my life. I floss atleast once a day, and have always had a slight uncleanness I could feel. That sensation is now gone sine I have hmbeen using this flosser. It is a little bug amd is hard to master. To combat this I use it in the shower so I don't get a bunch of splash back allover the sink area. Adding this 1 minute routine has really changed my oral hygiene for the better, my gums are less inflames and my teeth always feel clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
