Love the fact the charging unit for both the flosser and the toothbrush are the same. Been using the pick for a few days and we are quite impressed with the efficiency and ease of use. The quip brand has been faithful to us for over 10 years. We appreciate the advanced technology. The water chamber’s capacity allows for a comfortable weight and still allows for efficiency.

More troubleshooting than flossing

This product was functional for the first month. Thereafter, the red light illuminated frequently. Even with troubleshooting and performing weekly and monthly maintenance, the problem persisted. Now after only eight months, it is inop, non-functional. Save yourselves frustration, do NOT purchase this product.

Flosser broke in less than a year

The flosser worked well for a few months and then the pump started to malfunction. It was finicky and they shortly after a year it broke completely and will not pump water.
The different settings are nice! Easy to use with the toggle on/off or hold to turn on button. It’s perfect for those days you don’t want to bust out the floss string type.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working right when warranty ended

I bought this water flosser and really enjoyed using it. However, after a little over one year of normal use, the unit completely stopped working. Didn't matter whether I cleaned it or not or charged it fully, the device is completely non-functional. This happened just after the 1-year warranty ran out so I am out of luck now. I have been a long-time Quip subscriber but I am running out of patience with Quip products and their lack of longevity and good engineering.
