Good flosser - tough to keep clean
on August 21, 2025

I like the flosser. It's easy to use and works great - but there is a major issue with mildew build-up in the water reservoir. I clean it but if you leave even a drop of water in there, the green mold starts to grow and, because of the shape of the water reservoir, it's really hard to clean, even with bottle brushes.

Paid way too much for this for it to break just after 18 months (warranty period is 1 year).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor battery life

The product worked great for 6 months, now it won't hold a charge. It's currently in the garbage and I reordered a Water Pik. If you are satisfied with something that works for less than a year, go ahead and get one, for when it works, it's great.

Great water flosser; just wish it would last more than 2 months. Have purchased two of these, both quit working within 2 months.

We're sorry to hear that happened! Please reach out to help@getquip.com when you have a moment and we'd be happy to help further.
Disappointing. Nice design, but poor function. The water reservoir is too small. It doesn't hold enough water to clean you teeth properly. You literally need to refill it again in order to floss thoroughly.
I bought our first cordless flosser in March , 2025 which died this summer. The flosser we recently bought in September is the second one. Hoping it will last more than 6 months.
