I don't have much strength

I don't have much strength in my hands and fingers so the buttons are a bit hard to operate . . . especially when it is still shooting water into your mouth. . . not so easy to adjust the direction of the spray head while using it .
I'v used other pics that were oval not round and that seemed easier to grasp. Looks nice, however. . . stands up firmly

Keeps malfunctioning

I bought my water flosser late 2023 and within a few months it stopped working. I was sent a replacement that also started malfunctioning recently. Due to the changes in their warranty conditions, it is no longer possible to receive a replacement after one year from the purchase date, therefore there is nothinf I can do. It is really wasteful to have to change flossers every year and creates a bad experience.

There was no adapter included

Buyer beware. I have had this for a little under a year, and It stoped charging. For the high price point I would have not expected this to happen. They need to change the design on where the charger is located. It is easy to get water in the port.
