Nice flosser BUT STOP WORKING AFTER ONLY 5 MONTHS

This is a very nice water flosser when it's working, BUT I purchased it last December and now it already stopped working after only 5 months! I recharged it again and it still won't work no matter what. I chose this much more expensive flosser over Waterpik and other brands thinking it would be better quality given the high price but it lasted even shorter than the cheaper Waterpik flossers I used in the past! Do you guys provide a warranty or exchange because it should last at least one year for this price

Quip water flossers are very powerful and really flush out debris from my teeth. Be sure to follow Quip instructions on cleaning the flosser because food particles and hard water deposits do affect the water flow. I highly recommend the flosser, it is so much better than other brands.

Love this water flosser. I love that it has a large opening where you put the water, because it makes it easier to clean. The flosser works great and is easy to hold.

Stopped Working After Just a Few Months

Don’t waste your money. This flosser stopped working less than a few months after I got it. It still shows that it has power, but it simply won’t run. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering the price I paid. Now it’s just sitting on my countertop, collecting dust. I expected better quality for the cost.

Broken

Great water pick but I only used the charger once and I was going to charge it now sense it was dead and I left it on the charger for 4 hours and it doesn’t turn on. Come to find out some how my charger stopped working even tho I’ve only used it once to charge then put away safely. So I wasted money on a product that doesn’t been work properly. Sick.
