Let down.

Worked for about 5 minutes. Didn’t do anything other than have it sitting. Then went to l
Plug it in later and nothing, no light, nothing, figured maybe it’s an issue on my end. After several different outlets the thing won’t charge or turn on anymore after using it for maybe less than 5 minutes earlier in the day. I tried resetting it but still nothing. Super disappointing.

Thank you for the replacement. The material is very sensitive, I'm afraid to drop it because it's handheld. But I love it because it keeps the tooth that has a hole in it, clean. . so I know it won't damage it more because I can't afford dental insurance. It helped me remove so much pain in my tooth by the powerful water flow.

My dentist suggested I use a water flosser. I was hesitant, but all my other quip products have been amazing so I gave it a shot. I’m extremely impressed, so much so I purchased one for my wife. She claims her teeth have never felt so clean! Overall great product, easy to use and maintain. Also, looks as good as it works!

This replacement works so far a lot better than the original. I never thought the original charged properly or held a charge. Thus far I can tell when this one is charging and it has held charge a lot better.
