Quip Waterpik battery problem

I have had my quip waterpik for roughly 10 months and now the battery seems to deplete in less than 5 uses. This was one of my favorite purchase but now with the low battery, it seems like it always needs to be charged...

Helpful while it worked

After 7 months of use, I went to recharge the water pick and after a full charge stopped working. The device shows a green light when connected to charger but when I try to use it no luck. I have followed the directions for maintenance during use. But unfortunately it no longer works

Horrible Product - Select Another Brand

Horrible product. I've had the product since April and it stopped working only 2 months after purchase. It will charge but when you turn it on, water pours out around the base of the tip. Worst Product ever!

Works well until you lose the charger

Overall it’s fairly good. My only issue is that if you lose the charger, you have to by another pick rather than buy another charger. Normally quip is known for replacements but chargers don’t seem to be one of then.

I love this but the top has fallen off and I haven’t had it very long. I also maintain it by leaving it to air dry and top open as instructed and the reservoir is accumulating mold and mildew. Not good at all.

It was DOA. This was to be a replacement for my older one that won't hold a charge. I'll give 5 stars to the refund process. It was quick and nonquestions asked. :slightly_smiling:

The water container is not removable and it is moldy after a few weeks. I threw it away after 3 weeks
