Toothbrush barely works and don't get me started on the water flosser, it won't even turn on anymore no matter how much I charge it, clean it, or "unclog" it.

I have two water flossers. Just like all the rechargeable Quip products (I have had to repurchase two toothbrushes as well) none of them recharge after the first time.

I bought this defloser in June. It worked fine an know the battery is dead. Can I get a new Battery ???? I have the quip tooth brush.
