Didn’t ever charge from receipt. Returned to quip after having to send three emails. Will see if they can replace with one that actually works

I love the portability however

I love the portability however it's bulk makes it a bit difficult to manage when trying to get to the inside or backside of my teeth. The manual states to let air dry between uses but it never does completely dry.

I have owned 2 of the water flossers. I liked the size and usage of the flosser, and they are great for travel, however, both became hard to charge overtime and became unusable within one year. I had to go back to my Waterpik.

While I do like my Quip water flosser, it can be tough on some spots. Please make a tip with a brush head which is a bit softer on implants. I can’t think of any maker of water flosser that doesn’t provide at least 3 different tips according to use and need. Even at its slowest, Quip flosser is too much for some areas. I will be the first to purchase a brush head!! Please offer your loyal customers a choice. I never used the plain tip on any other flosser I’ve tried; only the brush. Please !

Good purchase but not lasting for the money

It’s an amazing product, love the design, but have to say that I have been using it since I bought it and I notice the cap it’s not holding and leaks a lot. I wish it was more long lasting.
