Would work well if actually worked

The water flosser does a great job when it works, but it constantly malfunctions. I charge it overnight, and the battery lasts maybe 2 uses.

Mold

I loved this product and used it daily until one day my water reservoir had black mold in it and no way to clean it. I was very sad to find this and felt there was no other choice then to toss this product because I couldn’t clean the spots the mold got to and felt disgusting having mold in the place where the water gets filled.

Disappointed

Could not be more disappointed. Lasted 2 months and completely quit working. After being charged for 12 hours, it just gives a short buzz when trying to turn it on.

Not built to last

My first unit lasted about a year before it stopped working and wouldn't turn on anymore. I got a replacement unit under warranty, and that only lasted two months before it stopped working.

Charger cord is inconsistent

This is my second flosser and like the first it no longer charges. The magnetic connection doesn’t work. I tried giggling it and it doesn’t stay on charge. When it works it’s awesome but it’s to expensive to keep replacing. I have 3 charging cords and none of them work on this.
