I had issues with my first Quip Flosser and so contacted Quip as the product was still under warranty. They sent a replacement within a couple of days and I couldn’t be more pleased. A great product!

Seems ok. . nice addition to regular flossing. A little dangerous to use if you aren’t careful. It can cause serious eye injury. Wish it wasn’t plastic.

Only bad thing is that the charging port is on bottom and you have to make sure your sink tops are dry so it doesn’t get wet.
