No salt water!

Quip should tell users (and maybe they did I just didn’t see it!) to not use salt water in the water flossers. I was using salt water in mine and it rusted the inside and turned the water rusty. At least that’s what I’m thinking has happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks for your review. We do not advise using any other forms of liquid, aside from lukewarm water, as it may cause damage to the flosser’s internal systems and void any warranty coverage.

Motor stops within a year

I have had 2 of these and love the design. However, they last less than a year and then the motor goes out and they don’t work. So disappointing because when it does work, it’s the best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this water flosser to help with cleaning my braces and it did exactly that. Then after getting my braces off I have been using the water flosser every night and get great feedback and praise from my dentist with having little to no plaque. Thanks to this flosser!
The water reservoir is just enough to get the whole mouth and love the simplicity of the setting and button locations/usage. Plus this flosser has a reusable charger that is simple and sleek. I will not change flossers!
