Toothbrush barely works and don't get me started on the water flosser, it won't even turn on anymore no matter how much I charge it, clean it, or "unclog" it.

The water flosser does a great job when it works, but it constantly malfunctions. I charge it overnight, and the battery lasts maybe 2 uses.

I have two water flossers. Just like all the rechargeable Quip products (I have had to repurchase two toothbrushes as well) none of them recharge after the first time.

Would Not Buy

I got this water flosser 6 months ago. I had heard good things about it lasting a long time if taken care of. 2 weeks ago my flosser was dead so I put it on the charger, when I went back about 4 hrs later it had no lights on it at all. I tried to turn it on and it did nothing No lights at all. I would have thought that this highly recommended water flosser would have lasted longer than six months. Plus they have No warranty on their product at all. Very disappointed would not purchase from them again.

No more signs of periodontal disease

Before using my flosser, my gum pockets registered 4-7 on the verge of periodontal disease. After four months of use, my pockets improved at 3-5. I have also used all of Quip products: tooth brush, tooth paste and gum dispenser with refills for over two years.

I really like this product for the ease of use with the nozzle. I don’t know why the lid to the water compartment broke. I am willing to buy another Water flosser and hope this dose not occur again.

Mold

I loved this product and used it daily until one day my water reservoir had black mold in it and no way to clean it. I was very sad to find this and felt there was no other choice then to toss this product because I couldn’t clean the spots the mold got to and felt disgusting having mold in the place where the water gets filled.
