Love our Quips!

My husband and I have had Quip toothbrushes for a few years and within the past year and a half we’ve added the water flossers. We haven’t had a single problem with either product and have thoroughly enjoyed owning them. My husband is an airline pilot and thus travels a lot, putting a lot of wear and tear on his Quip toothbrush and water flosser. That hasn’t created ANY issues with the products. We are careful to clean and properly maintain the products too. Through personal experience I learned not to use salt water on a regular basis inside my flosser. It will quickly degrade the mechanism. We highly recommend the Quip products! My only complaint would be that I wish they would bring back the gum😘

Great little unit. It does require you to refill it mid-flossing at least once, but it's not big deal since you have to do it over the sink anyway. It's amazing how much more debris is removed over just plain flossing.

Shortly after 1 year it stopped working - that was the first one I bought. I thought it was just bad luck. I bought a second one - just short of 1 year it the on/off button stopped responding. It just stayed on. I love this brand and have bought most of their products. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one : (

The flosser works great, at first. However both of mine (the one I bought and the one I got under warranty after the first died) have both had the same issues. After several months, the machine flashes red and won’t turn on. No amount of cleaning, charging, or resetting can fix it. The design makes it borderline impossible for there to be no rust or mold, and the body never fully dries because the top won’t stay open.
It works well but it’s not worth having to buy a new one every year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery not as advertised

I want to love this flosser because it is a great size and I like the pressure. However, the battery does not list nearly as long as advertised and there doesn’t seem to me much warning before it dies. I’ve had it die after just 2 weeks.

Just stopped working after only 7 months.

I enjoyed the product the short time it lasted, then it died on me after only 7 months. 7 months to me is not a durable product. I would not recommend this flosser, unless you want to buy it twice a year. Very disappointed in Quip as I thought they produced higher quality products. I will go back to my Waterpik, at least it lasts.
