Because this is a replacement for a faulty flosser this really doesn't apply but I do want to give a huge shoutout to all the customer reps that helped solve the problem with the first flosser. Am sure that I will be just as happy with the replacement. Thank you again,

It rusts!!!

I bought this to replace a similar water flosser that I'd had for years, because this one seemed easier to fill. Within a few months the base of the mouthpiece as well as the part it fits into rusted. Why on earth would you make something that is constantly exposed to water, out of a material that rusts? This seems very unsanitary. What an expensive and wasteful disposable device! This is not the quality I have come to expect from Quip.

I had never used a water flosser before, but ordered the Quip rechargeable water flosser to give it a try because I really like their oscillating brush. I was amazed to see how much gunk was flossed out of my gum margins the first time I used it. I’m a big fan now,

Great water pick but I only used the charger once and I was going to charge it now sense it was dead and I left it on the charger for 4 hours and it doesn’t turn on. Come to find out some how my charger stopped working even tho I’ve only used it once to charge then put away safely. So I wasted money on a product that doesn’t been work properly. Sick.
