After a visit to the dentist they recommended I get a water flosser are way better than manually flossing. And it was time that I caught up with the times and upgraded! Since my parter already has one and spoke so highly of it (he’s had 2 other brands) and favored this one I had to get one for myself. I use it every day in the shower, easy to pas time, and I can totally feel difference after a few uses. I never write reviews, but I will when things Totally live up to their expectations or exceeds. If you’re debating on buying it, like I was, and you see this - do it! You won’t regret it.

Doesn't last long

Works great when it works. After about 18 months, battery wont hold a charge and the pump started going out about 6 months ago. Now the pump is completely gone and the device is useless.

Broke just after 1 year

I took very good care of this thing and it broke just after 1 year of daily use. Button just has a red light when I press power, despite indicating fully charged. They won’t replace it, and I had to beg for a discount to purchase another. After seeing all the other reviews with the same experience, I’m going to find a better brand.

I love my new flosser, it is way more poweful than the otherone I had. I love how easy it is to add in more water. Great design.

Poor longevity

The product itself is great but its longevity is poor. Mine broke after a year and due to its design it is impossible to fix without wrecking the device. Unfortunately this is designed to be disposable.
Its too bad because like i said earlier the product works quite well. I would give 5 stars if it lasted longer or could be disassembled for repairs.

Good until it wasn’t

Bought this flosser in 2024, really enjoyed it. The pressure setting was a little intense. I used it pretty infrequently, went to use it yesterday and it won’t turn on anymore. Beware if you’re looking for something that will last, sadly this doesn’t seem to be it.
